| I bought my first deer back in the spring of
93. He was a 3 day old buck fawn that I named "John Deer".
Little did I
know where that little buck would lead me! I've learned a lot along
the way, met some great people and continue to learn more every day. John Deer turned into a wonderful pet and grew some decent antlers - 160" 10pt at 4 yrs. I thought that was good for not spending big money on big name deer. (didn't even know they existed back then!) He also produced some nice deer to include a 163 " 12pt at 3, a 162" 2 year old that ended up in the 190" class, among several others. (continued on page 2) |
